Engineers gave exceptional service. Upon arrival, they were very kind and explained the procedure that they were going to start. They didn’t cause any damage to the property and installed the ventilation system without any issues and it went very smoothly. They also cleared up their area very well. They also explained how to use the system very well. Two very nice guys that I would 100% recommend.

I would like to share my satisfaction in regards to the engineers who attended my home, to install and add more ventilation flowing around our home. The guys where professional and down to earth demonstrating a good sense of humour, I felt it is important that I share my experience as good work needs to be acknowledge at all times. As previous work men would not have considered taking the design or the tenants views on the how we wanted the devices to be installed, and in this case they did.

Just had my ventilation system fitted. It was refreshing to have these two tradesmen in the house. Firstly can I say they were polite and courteous throughout the installation. They explained before hand where the fans would be installed and once they were fitted they talked me through how they worked. Cleaning up thoroughly! after themselves with their own hoover! They answered all my questions about the mould in my bathroom/kitchen and how this would be eliminated and as I have asthma and I felt reassured that this was a worthwhile investment. When they left they gave me their card and explained if I had any concerns to contact them.

What can I say, this has definitely been worth the wait. I don’t know what training you have done with your team but their professionalism is 100% and a real credit to your company, no doubt in part a product of your own hands on approach. In the 8 years I have lived here I have not had better service or quality of workmanship. I was consulted throughout the process and all of my concerns were answered. It is nice to received such a personal level of service and not be treated like any other ‘tenant’. Your guys introduced themselves in such a friendly manner I felt at ease with them in the Flat and Percy was relaxed, it puts other contractors to shame. I’m obviously no expert but I can see the unit you have provided is of a higher quality and spec. Your engineer went out of his way to fix the other issue with the bathroom switch, which I know was not necessary or could have been left for another time, again I am very grateful for this.
